I was just asking , .....some years ago one American guy told me , that he was fishing vintage lures , that he finds at garage sales , ............but I guess , that these would be rather common ones , that are not too rare and expensive .

I would not tie these old "Heddons" on either , if I had some , ........but I don't have a problem to cast some older "Toby's" or "DAM" spoons(provided , that I am familiar with the particular spot and reasonably certain , that there are no known lure traps around lol ) !

I also see point in these old timber goodies getting subject to damage when exposed to the wet element ,..... really better to make knock-offs like fishaholiclures said !
