Dieter, its a Heddon Vamp Spook ( I use Firefox and it allows magnification of the pics here) It has the standard nickel plated lip attached at both sides and 1 under the chin.

Damn , ....I was sure that it was a "Hi-Lo" as I clearly recognized the sideward bib attachement rivet's head assuming it was the pivoting axis of the adjustable bib , ....and as far as I'm concerned , there are no other brand lures around with that very bib design(except unmarked cheapie knock-off's) .
