NICE FLATHEAD

Went out this afternoon to try out the new rod & reel, First fish i caught was this nice flathead thumbsupsmilie also got a few small bass....

top lizzard mate they love the chart coloured lures there suckers for them,,is it a matzuo lure ???

Mully the lure is a large rattl'n rapala, One of my favourite bass lures which is what i was actually targetting when i got him....
Was a little shocked to get him as the weir i was fishing is where the salt meets the freshwater & after all the rain we have had its pretty bloody fresh....

i thought either the mitzuo or the rapala i have both and a pretty close to each other in looks..Top score mate i love looking at catchs from the old school lures so to speak ,,thanks for sharing the info and it is unusual that he sat on the drain maybe a lot of baitfish being stirred up for them thumbsupsmilie
