Damo's Grub

Post by Baz » Wed Sep 03, 2014 8:16 pm

Had a couple of parcels waiting for me when I awoke this afternoon. Very impressed with this one that showed up from my good mate Captain Pecker.

I'm sure the Cod will like it as much as I do.

Warm. Light wind .clear water.
30 odd boats out there on the lake.

The grub and Duckarses swam beautifully, as did the Dereels and Basko's.

As usual when the conditions are good for humans, the fish do not agree.

Didn't get a hit but managed to catch a couple of snags lol lol

Morsy had his ferracatt, polty, oargee shag out and caught more snags than me crazysmilie

The fresh air was great though thumbsupsmilie

It was Baz!

Funny thing was several months ago there was an early JJ on the bay.
Arrangement was made for a preview, on the lake!
Bloke and son , with a weapon in the boat came over and folding stuff didn't work.
Got it in the open market though thumbsupsmilie

Yes met the same people on the ramp but no no goodies!

He didn't catch anything either.
