Post by fishaholiclures » Wed Jun 30, 2010 4:35 pm

Dave Bullrout knows about these, but who else has any, or can furnish further info???

made somewhere around Lake Macquarie for the local flattie population. 110mm overall, 32mm high and 17mm at it's thickest.

You guys must have finicky flatties, I was often told when promoting a lure as good for flathead that "Flatties are dumb and would bite on a woolies bag if ya dragged it in front of them" lol

I tried one day, didn't do any good on white, grey or blue bags...think I'll stick to my favourite hard and softbodies lol

Brad
The guys that owned (not any more) the tackle shop near the airstrip just north of Swansea sold them.
The owner of the shop was Arthur Curtis.
I think dave may be able to find him.
PS.
Arthur had a store in long Jetty on the central coast for a couple of years,
he had them there in sizes from about 1 1/2 inches to 6inches.
