Esoteric Lures???

Post by DaveW » Sun Dec 07, 2008 7:31 pm

Anyone heard of them?

I was in a shop over the weekend and spotted one. Should have paid more attention to the packet!

Definitely Timber.

It was at the kiosk at Glenbawn Dam - I almost bought it just for the hell of it.

They only had the one, and it looked fairly old. Packaging was a ziplock plastic bag with a stick on label. I had a good look at the lure but didn't pay any attention to the label. With the amount of Miller Chills I'd enjoyed my memory wouldn't have been much good anyway! crazysmilie

Google only came up with a couple of random references with no pics............... very interesting, maybe it's time to enlist the services of a Lure Private Investigator lol

My brother gave me some of these for Christmas one year. At the time, the guy that made them lived in Kurnell, Sydney. They are made of wood and yes they are simple, but they are also great. They work well. Here's a few pics.
