Good to see those little babies again! I used to use them all the time in the torrens on reddies and trout, great little lures with a strong action.
Beginner or pro, doesent matter how good you are, fishings a gambling game. Put your lure in the right place at the right time and it will get smashed!

About 15 or so years ago, when the torrens just below the hills was opened up to the public. The market gardens there were sold off to make a linear park following the river to the gorge. I used them and small spinners and the first few weeks of it opening was gold!!!!!! Some, or most redfin weighed between 300g to over a kilo. The first day I caught a fish on almost every cast! Those Beedee's got a belting, and I lost heaps in there over the years. Some were wood and others I think were plastic, cant remember now. thumbsupsmilie
