Awesome lure Simon
the paint job is quite unusual with the silver top coat that also covers the eyes - I've a pair of likewise painted old Campbells from a similar era, will post them tomorrow as a comparison

Simon ... here is a very close relative to your lure, a very large old Campbell Cougar / Frenzy with the body length measuring some 100mm.

Pretty distinctive paintjobs, they are a dead match in that regard.
Even down to a bit of overspray on the bibs.
