I guess , that they are priceless due to being homemade constructions , ...I've seen a few on YouTube and on the "tackleunderground" .

...............at least I've never heard of any commercial ones , ...maybe except the ones for industrial lure manufacturering , and these would surely be very far beyond the budget of a lure hobbyist .

Probably there might be some more pictures , videos and/or even building instructions around in the web , dunno(never was interested that much) , ...try Google with different terms like "lure duplicator" , "copy lathe" , "copy router" , ...etc.......!
