Not sure what model UD this is, its small at 35mm And i still use it thumbsupsmilie

I have the next size up NIB, and it's a sinking 5cm one.
It's called a 5TR, hope that helps. lol Got no idea how they came up with that.

Chop, that pattern is called the "S" which is the "SHAD" pattern. thumbsupsmilie

Craig the TR denotes the Tarpon pattern.

i found a guy on EBAY in the states a few months ago that had 100' of them in all sizes...ill try and track the link as he had all the pics and codes as well

Bit late of a repley.

Yes. The colour is S and its great for bream and some other saltwater species. Its also good for redfin and trout and other refreshwater species.

Ive put pictures up of all the lures in the same picture as yours but in different sizes that I have in my collection.
