It is one of the weirdest things I have played with .... swam it in my pool this arvo.

Just waiting for the right time to throw it into a bass snag.

Cheers,

Steven

The lure sits vertically in the lure, with the moths body down. (like in the top shot)

Their are two ball bearings housed in separate channels inside the lure. When the lure is twitched the body moves up to the surface, causing the ball bearings to travel past the point of balance and the wings then dip into the water and then it sits there rocking for a while. The lure gives what I thought was a pretty natural looking flutter on the water.

I think it will take some getting used to working it super slow, with super small rod movement.

When I saw it I thought of the white moths flying around the vegie patch at the moment.

There was also a couple of good looking brown ones ...... may get them if this is successful.

Cheers,

Steven

@simons rat

An excellent looking lure and will work great when the bass are feeding on Bogong moths which are apparently chocca full of protein

Love it and you really have to give credit to the Japanese engineers on these modern designs clapclap thumbsupsmilie clapclap

Report back when it get smashed and hopefully you wont lose it!!
