Dont come out of the same factory guys because I've been to he Bassday factory in Japan, you might notice some similarities between Zipbaits though, same designer and ZipBaits is a subsiduary company, lot of other lure companies using their services for lure production as well I was very suprised. As far as I know the Strikepro range comes out of the Juro factory in Taiwan I think.

I've got a couple of Sugardeep in the 35's with the red back and gold belly.
I rate em
(except the silver hooks
) thats easy fixed though!
I bought them cause my old school favourite lure was the Halco Scorpion in the same sorta colours.

Few other well known brands coming out of the Juro factory as well Mully that I wont mention????
Back to Bassday unfortunately the founder and President and man who was responsible for many of the Bassday & ZipBaits designs Kiyoshi Itoh passed away last year, the running of the company has been taken over by his wife Taeko Itoh who may I say is a very nice lady.
Luckily Mr Itoh passed on his knowledge of lure design to Tomoya Arima and his work is nothing less than amazing with all lures hand designed not CAD programs are used which is becoming very rare in lure making coming out of Japan these days.
On the back of the current ZipBaits catalogue there's a few words that the Zipbaits staff have given in memory of Mr Itoh as follows
Dear Kiyoshi Itoh
Thanks to your hard work and dedication we are able to continue with your work the way you wanted it.We are not saying goodbye, and hope oneday we can get back together and continue building on your dream. Thank you for all the great memories.
