Yes it is interesting the way the bib is manufactured and designed. You could be right on the patent design and avoiding any conflict with Heddon who had the slopenose and and then the 210 and Crab Wigglers.
The early ones like this also had the extended metal tail which was embossed (many found without these) and later went to a shorter mass produced metal tail.
The hand painted design is interesting but simple and theres something about the colours - the old colour tones are very individual.
