Anyway , as far as I remember right , this lure came out over here about 3 or 4 years ago ???

"Nilsmaster" had ballyhooed it as a brandnew design ,.... that statement I am very sure about to have read in a German tackle catalog !

........Obviously not , since there were quite similar wooden lures(named "Hollowhead")made by a certain R-K Tackle Company , Grand Rapids/Michigan/USA decades ago .

These baits employed just that very same principle of a hole through the lures head causing it to dive down and wiggle .

Several thousands were produced through the entire period of existance of that company 1948-1951(Info from "Old Fishing Lures And Tackle" by Carl F. Luckey , 5th edition) .

I have two of these swapped from Finnish friends ,.....they're pretty much light for my liking , .......don't cast too well in my opinion .
