Thanks for posting this Dave, very sad to hear about Jack's passing. I was fortunate to meet him in the mid 80's at the South Alligator R., N.T.. He was fishing with Col Cordingly and Cords introduced me, nice chap and great fisherman.

I did not know of him to be honnest - "8 black marliyn on 4 pound line in one day" thats impressive not selling short his work
