Little Lucifer

Love the colour of this Little Lucifer. Came from the Reidy's operation when it was based west of Mackay.

Jeff Reid used to make lures in the little town of Mirani, just west of Mackay. My intermittent Alzheimer's is far too advanced to allow me to remember when he made the move to Humpty Doo, out of Darwin where the factory is still located today.

Jeff and Cheryl recently (2007 I think) sold the business in the NT but the lures still wear the Reidy's brand name.

Yes Paul it is handsome.

It was too good looking to leave on the tackle shop wall. Caught one barra on it then decided it was too nice to let those uncouth fish scratch, so it went back in its box, honourably retired.
