From Brad's post

Baby Native ShallowAgreed
Baby Native DeepAgreed
Native Minnow DeepAgreed - though I have never ever seen one - only heard it mentioned in a lure book
Native Minnow 60 ShallowAgreed
Small Native 50 ShallowNot sure about this one - have never seen a shallow 50mm
Small Native 50 StandardAgreed
Small Native 50 DeepAgreed
Large Native 75 Super ShallowAgreed
Large Native 75 StandardAgreed
Large Native 75 Standard Dual TowAgreed - although I don't count this as a separate model
Large Native 75 DeepAgreed
Large Native 75 Super DeepAgreed
Leaping Lizard Agreed

It needs to be remembered that not many of these were standard releases - the super deep and super shallow 75mm Natives were only made for close friends of John's for use in Lake Mulwalla hence why so few exist. The Lizard never got a lot of production as far as I know, and the Baby Native's even less so - these were one of the last lures that John brought out. The Minnow Deep I have never seen before - only seen it mentioned in one book, so I am not sure if they got it right either!!
