Info required on Dolls Eye Boomerang

Post by aussbasstony » Fri Feb 05, 2010 7:15 pm

Ok I know what this lure is but have never seen them sold on blister Packs like this before, or the colour for that matter.

Can someone tell me if this is a transition period from the wooden models to the Injected ones. As you can see it has the Dolls Eyes and in Perfect condition.

On the back of the card it says it comes from inverell and all that stuff.

The only ones I remember buying where just on cards with the hooks through the top.

Here's hoping I didn't buy a lemon.

Cheers Tony

Tony, looks ridgy to me, and by the Lively lures logo on the bottom probably during the 'Aussie Baitfish' period when The D/under boys got together with Lively, Mal Flarence and Leigh Boileau as a marketing excercise. I dn't recall the hook through card models having the logo, but its been some time since I saw one. crazysmilie (silly buggers we were just consigning those cards to the tip)

I am sure Laurie will buy into this post with relish.

Tony
Sorry but I am slack.
Just incase you haven't got your answer yet.
The lure is the real deal,
The very early "dolls eyes" had the plastic wrap.
The colour is "Craybob"
