The Newelly you have when you thought you didn't

Post by aussbasstony » Sun May 30, 2010 9:41 pm

Picked this lure up a little while ago, I thought it was a Wooden Boomerang when I first saw it, but with help from a Member on here ( Brolly ) and other I have since confirmed it is a Newell Lure , what it's real name is I have no idea but to me it's a nice change for me any ways yay Hope you enjoy seeing it as I have not seen many of these around either.

Would of rather it be a Wooden boomerang but am stoked just the same to have another of Pete's fine lines in my cabinet bowsmilie

It is peters version of the early smooth boomerang,Peter never named them or signed them because he didn't design them.
I think from memory Peter said there were only 3 sets made.

Rob,
I had to take it home mate it was wet with your drool nahnah

I went to super cheap and bought some of that stuff in the tube you showed me....................Wow what a difference it does to a dirty lure instead of warm water. Thanks mate thumbsupsmilie
